From the perspective of developmental neuropsychology, the advances for the detection and early intervention of risks in child development are analyzed, with contributions from both research and clinical context. Following the multidisciplinary approach, the most innovative and effective actions are aimed at identifying, evaluating and treating in a preventive way different factors such as biological, psychological and social determinants in normal and atypical neuropsychological maturity, as well as the detection of disorders and early alterations in early childhood development and learning, and the importance of the family in this process. To do this, the results of recent research on neurobiological detection methods will be presented (CUMANI2), which assesses developmental and / or learning difficulties, early intervention techniques in neurocognitive syndromes (ASD, SXF, ACD, ADHD, etc.) and case studies for children with Specific Language Disorder (TEL), analyzing effective strategies based on evidence. In addition, some improvement recommendations are proposed for the neuropsychological evaluation and lines of action of neuropsychological disorders identified during early childhood.
