Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation in Children and Adolescents: Evidence Based Strategies for Stress Reduction and Emotional Resilience

In today’s fast-paced world, children and adolescents face increasing levels of stress and emotional challenges. Addressing these issues through mindfulness-based approaches and scientifically supported strategies is essential in promoting long-term well-being and resilience.
This symposium would bring together experts, researchers, and practitioners who are dedicated to exploring innovative ways to support emotional regulation in young individuals. My goal is to foster meaningful discussions, share valuable insights, and contribute to the advancement of practical interventions that can positively impact the mental health of future generations.
