The condition of student applies to students of undergraduate and master programs. If you are a student and a professional as well, regular registration fee will be applied. Student status must be justified by registration receipt in force at the time of enrollment at the e-mail aitanacongress@cevents.es.

The condition of professional unemployed must be certified by a public document issued by employment agency.

The condition of professional NGOs must be justified by a certificate issued by the head of the workplace.

The spaces reserved for students and unemployed professionals may be limited depending on demand.

To attend the congress, you must fill the registration form out that you will find in the link below, but first, you must have registered on the same link. After your registration, you can formalize your registration, download your invoice (once you have paid), submit your abstracts, download documentation, etc.

You can pay your registration through virtual POS payment (please, have your card with you because we will ask for a few digits when completing the form) or select payment by bank transfer (if the payment has already processed, you can upload the receipt in your personal área or sending it via email to: aitanacongress@cevents.es).

Congress dinner

CONGRESS DINNER – CIDER PARTY (called “Espicha” in Spain).

Friday, Nov. 15. Cider Tierra Astur Águila in Colloto (Siero) (15 min by bus. Buses will leave from the congress venue).

Espicha (or cider party) is synonymous with Asturias and embodies the only culture where tasting cider turns into a party, a party that receives the name of the piece of wood used as a stopper of the cider barrel. It is the only culture where cider is poured into the glass, and the act of pouring is a mixture of science, technique, spectacle and ritual. So we would like to offer this well-known party to our congress attendees this edition.

We will hold a typical cider party: standing up, chatting with everybody and exchanging points of view with others, where the accompaniment is the menu including Asturian cheeses, lacón (shoulder of pork), chorizos de la casa (highly-seasoned pork sausage), Cabracho cake (fish cake), etc. The cider will be the main drink, which is poured directly into the glass.

What do we celebrate in a cider party? The fact of being alive and happy. But also meeting colleagues and sharing professional and personal knowledge and experiences, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Perk up and join us at the cider party! The dinner fee will be € 31 and includes the bus that will take congress attendees from the venue to the cider house and back (more details as the date draws near).

Guided tour

A free guided tour has been organized for congress attendees. The visit around the historic city center will take place on Wednesday, November 13 at 5 p.m. (1.30-2 hours walk). It includes access to the Cloister of the Archaeological Museum of Asturias, whose rich history is related to the origin of the city. Reserve your place in the registration form. In due course, we will provide you with all the information.*

Conditions of participation

The registration implies acceptance of the rules of congress and their conditions of participation and cancellation.
Registration for the conference is non-transferable.
The total number of participants in the congress will not exceed the total capacity of simultaneous activities. However, it is not possible to guarantee assistance for specific activities, since it is based on “first come, first serve” policy.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations received before September 13, 2019 shall be entitled to full refund of the amount paid after deducting bank charges due to bill returns.
Cancellations received by October 13, 2019 shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid less 25% administration fees plus bank charges.
Cancellations received after October 14, 2019 shall not be entitled to a refund.
